Soudeh works with individuals, professionals, and small businesses on employment law, civil litigation, insurance coverage denials, business disputes, and estate matters. She represents clients on both sides of disputes, which allows her to assess legal issues practically, strategically, and with an understanding of how the other side may respond.
Before founding the firm, Soudeh articled with a civil litigation firm in downtown Toronto, where she assisted with contentious matters before various levels of court in Ontario.
Soudeh’s approach is practical, candid, and client-focused. She helps clients understand their options, weigh risk, and make informed decisions during stressful legal situations.
